The room was clean, but the pillows were awful. They are very soft, thin, and sparsely filled with lumpy polyfill. I highly recommend bringing your own. We had contactless check in and out, so I did not have any contact with the front desk. The breakfast was an average hotel breakfast.

The heater in the room only blew cold air, and when we returned to our room saturday evening the fire alarm strobe light in our room and bathroom was going off. Nobody knew how to shut it off. Instead od offering us us another room, they completely forgot about us and brushed it under the rug. The next morning i informed the new front desk clerk and he was very apologetic however that didnt bring back the loss of sleep from the bright blinking light all night.

I booked a room 2 and a half Months ago with 2 queen beds and ended up with a room with a king bed. That is not what I booked and they couldn’t accommodate us because the hotel is full. This is not acceptable.

+Did not eat the breakfast. The beds in our rooms were very noisy and the mattresses sagged. Every time you rolled over in bed during the night the bed made noise and woke up my wife. The hotel is supposedly under renovation. It needs it.

Staff was fantastic. The hallway smelled like mold, stains were on one of the comforters, and the shower head was falling off. The heater/AC unit made horrible sounds all night. We prefer Hampton Inns. We stayed at this location to try a different one and wouldn't recommend this location

The hotel room was a little dated. Holes in the bathroom wall, shower head not great, and one of the carpet floor tiles was exposed to the floor. The carpet in the hallways was also bubbled in places which could cause a fall risk

The first night my wife and I took showers and the tub filled up with water. The second person taking a shower had to wait 20 minutes for the tub to drain. It was rather disgusting. The next morning before we left for the day we told the front desk, and they said they would get it taken care of. We came back that evening and stopped by the front desk before we went up to our room to see if they fixed the drain issue and they confirmed that they did. BUT when we took showers that evening the same thing happened, the tub filled up past your ankles. If we were not so tired, we would have demanded another room
