Housekeeping could step up. Marks on the walls, hallway carpet dirty in front of the elevators, fingerprints on the room door lock inside and outside. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was amazing.

Nice stay

Check-in was a breeze. Chris kept things light and simple. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a room on the interstate side and could hear the noise of the road. There was no Netflix. There was plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

This was hands down the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. And in sitting in the lobby and listening to the cleaning staff, I know why. First, they were having fun with each other. They were getting cleaning tips from each other. And you could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. The amenities here were great. My only two knocks on the hotel, and this is being nit-picky, the mattress was really hard and the pillows were flat. And at breakfast, the waffle iron wasn't working properly. But seriously, great breakfast overall and I'd wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others in the future.

Our room was not cleaned properly. We had boogers On the wall by the bed. The bathroom had public hairs. Tub not cleaned. Refrigerator not cleaned. One of the bed was not made correctly. On Friday they had a group of elementary school students they broke the elevator they where running in the hallways make noise. Horrible

This was a convenient clean place to stay. No daily maid service, but front desk was able tom provide fresh towels. The breakfast was good motel breakfast, coffee was hot.

Clean room and very comfortable bed. Quick check-in with Chris. No shampoo in bathroom but had my own. Also leaves in pool so didn't swim. Otherwise, very nice lobby, large comfortable room and nice staff. Good options at breakfast. Would stay again.

Great hotel and value!

Loved this hotel! Staff were all very friendly, easy check in and out process. There was a large water dispenser in the lobby that was a nice perk you don't see in many hotels. The ice machine even had a place to get water from which was a nice feature. Room was clean, linens were clean, everything was in good working condition. Breakfast was what you see in most hotels (nothing fancy, but warm and free is always a bonus). Will be coming back and staying here again!
