It was not the best day of anywhere we’ve been recently! Their Keurig coffee maker only had pods for decaf. The entire hotel only had decaf pods. That was a big no ! The back door key wouldn’t work – so therefore I had a really long walk! I walk with a cane – so it’s not that easy for me to walk long distances. Our room was right by the side door and we couldn’t use it! Wi-Fi didn’t work in the hotel. The shower went from hot to cold all the time while using it. And I don’t know why hotels do this, but they should have an opportunity to give someone a stepstool to get into the beds! They are way too high for normal size people Sadly, also the only day that the front desk was nice, was the very first day we checked in. After that they couldn’t be bothered.

Only one elevator appeared to be working and it made terrible sounds. A light bulb was missing from the desk lamp. Notified front desk in evening when checked in. No one could replace it until maintenance arrived the next morning closer to 9 which was after we needed to leave.

Yes to the shuttle. I didnt have breakfast there, but the bar/restaurant servixe the night befode was not great, the bartender was not there and the mgr had to fill in. She did great but isnt a bartender. Room was chilly. Water not very hot
