I enjoyed my four night stay at this property. upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted and the check in went very smoothly. The dinner selection was a little less than at other Drury Inn's I have stayed but the food was always fresh and replenished with break. The staff was always friendly. I only encountered one instance that a staff person did not speak. Throughout the hotel staff would smile and speak which made a friendly atmosphere. I enjoyed being able to take fresh popcorn and a soda to my room at the end of the day. I would easily revisit this hotel if I'm in the Cleveland area again.
