The first room that gave me would not drain in the bathtub so I asked for a new room and that bathtub also filled up when I was showering. In speaking with the head manager they're having a problem with the main drain out of the motel all of the bathtubs are plugging up and slow draining. They apparently cannot afford the expense of having their drain line to the street cleaned out Bathroom drains look Rusty sides of the bathtub are dirty dirty bathtub mat that they gave me had black on it continues to be no furniture in the hotel rooms to sit and eat your food or put your laptop and do work. Twice I had to ask the hotel desk to redo my card because they didn't give me the full two days and it canceled out to gain access

I asked three days in a row for the bathroom to be cleaned and it was NEVER done!! Advertised amenities (phone, hair dryer, breakfast, NONEXISTENT!! The worst thing of all was there were no handles for safety in the shower!!

The entire property REEKS of cigarette smoke, the rooms are dirty and dingy, and the guest were blasting music in the halls and running and screaming at 3am. Overall terrible stay. So terrible I left after one night and got a different hotel the for the rest of my stay. Save yourself the money and headache and go stay somewhere you can actually get a good nights sleep.

No complaints about the staff only complaint I have is reserve online and you pick deluxe staff always talking you pick standard instead of deluxe you own $18.

Bathroom drain was plugged up but they did clean it out for the next day. The refrigerator froze everything including my milk. The bed was very firm they said they have no softer, I'm going to have to bring a mattress topper next time. Other than that clean and everything provided even had a separate table for my laptop computer
