Bookings for January - March is every month from the 1st to the last day of the month. No trailers, motorcycles, or commercial vehicles.
Please shake off or rinse the sand at the complex's beach entrance. There is a water spout and shower at the entrance. Please hang wet towels.
We accept one small dog under 20 lb. A pet fee of $125/ 2 week stay or $150/month pet fee is required. A lost key or parking permit is a $100 fee.

Don't stay here-

Lock box at top of door-if you are under 5 feet 6 inches tall you won't be able to reach it-difficult to check in Now for the bad stuff- property deteriorating. Needs outdoor maintenance on unit. Inside-not clean. ring in toilet among many other things-dust, dirt in corners Now for the worst- Opened a closet and the walls were filled with mold-it was black but not sure black mold. Told owner-owner suggested I washed down the mold with bleach. I said no. Then owner said a cleaning person would come with bleach-I said a mold specialist needed to be sent. Owner said to tape around the door to but to make sure the paint would not come off when tape was removed-seriously? But I used painter tape. Owner offered to move us to a second floor unit-I have mobility issues and cannot manage stairs-there is no elevator in this property. I would have left but, needing a pet friendly rental, I could not find anything available. When checking out still could access drop box. Left key in unit

Great location steps from the ocean, close to shopping and restaurants. Condo was clean, well appointed kitchen with everything you would need. The one issue we had was that the lockbox was so high up we could barely reach it and definitely could not read the numbers to enter the code,luckily there was a young tall gentleman sitting outside who helped us get into the condo(oh by the way neighbors were all nice and very friendly we enjoyed interacting with them at the pool) Would definitely recommend this rental if your looking for sunshine and toes in the sand.

We stayed a week during the World Series. No ocean view from the room but very close distance to beach access. The room was on a nice quiet corner and met all our needs for the week. Towels, dishes, beach chairs and toys were provided. Very close driving distance to everything. Will stay again.
