The worst hotel in colac

payment was made and was never allowed to save the premises due to prior hotel problems found it very disrespectful to travel all the way there and not here I would have access to it accommodation

Our room was really spotless and all in good order. What looked like a newly renovated bathroom and the kitchen items such as kettle and toaster looked new. Small points such as the dinner plates were clunky and heavy and old. Queen bed was comfortable. Aircon worked well. No complaints.

Unfortunately the noise from room 3 was only interrupted by a domestic dispute from an adjacent hotel room. The manager did well trying to address what sounded like a substance issue, but my family were very intimidated from this incident. The toilet in room 3 continued to run, otherwise everything else was ok. The main bed was not comfortable - it was not a good night's sleep overall. Plenty of crockery was available in the room, including a microwave and toaster. Hot water was sufficient, and the (mini) fridge was very cold/effective. Overall a negative experience but the staff tried their best.
