SASSY Studio ~ kahden korttelin päässä Texas A & M Campus!

SASSY Studio sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla korttelin päässä Texas A & M: sta. Kävelymatkan päässä eri ruokapaikoista, kuten Chilin, Torchys Taco, Laynes Chicken Fingers muutamia. Pari korttelin päässä on Thomas Park, joka on mukava varjossa lenkkeilyreitti, tennis ja koripallokenttä, julkinen uima-allas auki kesällä ja keinut.

Sassy-mökki sijaitsee päähotellin takana kiinteistössä. Jotkut lokakuuhun asti, ei ole yhteisiä alueita omaisuutta. Kun päärakennus on kunnostettu, se toimii myös tyhjänä vuokrauksena ja se voidaan varata erikseen tai yhdessä mökin kanssa. Kun tämä tapahtuu, ainoat yhteiset alueet kahden välillä ovat takapiha, katettu alue pelata ping-pong kahden talon välillä ja pesutupa. Mökissä ja päärakennuksessa on oma erillinen terassi.

COCKROACHES AND MOLD

The listing looks cute but dont be fooled!! It initially started when they sent me the wrong code to even get into the cottage. After that it was just all downhill! I walked in and immediately it smelled musky and wet. Well that's because there was mold all in the shower and the bathroom and on the walls! After that I also found a cockroaches on the walls as well! I slept terrible and now I am very sick because I'm extremely allergic to mold! I tried to reach out to the host about all of the issues and have yet to receive a response! I want a freaking refund for this absolute nightmare of a stay! But hey if you like cockroaches and mold then this is a place for you!

Retreat in College Station

We enjoyed the stay. The toys in the back yard were a lot of fun and the atmosphere on the patio was very relaxing. It felt like our very own tiny home. The experience in College Station was great.

Confusing Check In.

We were sent the wrong property address. When we arrived late (9:00pm) we walked into a house that was already rented. We called the owner who gave us the correct address but finding the front door was difficult then the keypad lock gave us trouble getting in. It was very frustrating.

Perfect Location

I just had a short stay when I came back to College Station to take my dog to the vet. This pet- friendly cottage was perfect for just us. The backyard was big and secure for the pup (it does share the space with the main house, including the outdoor entertainment, so that's good to know if there are other visitors) and the bed and couch both were comfy. I would stay here again the next time I come into town.

Gracious Host

This quaint cottage is perfect for one or two guests. It states you can have three but I believe anyone older than 12 would be pushing the comfort zone. It was clean and the air conditioner was very cool. The host was gracious to accommodate me when I had a technical issue with my reservation. I really appreciated it because technically they did not have to change it. Wonderful customer service. I will be back.

Great little find

We stayed here when moving our son. Location is great and the home itself is absolutely adorable. However if the main house had been rented it would have been awkward staying in the cottage. Also, note VRBO has the wrong door code they end you. Owner states she has tried to correct. So make sure to reach out to her to prevent any hiccups checking in.

This adorable place was clean, well stocked, communication and expectations were clear and easy to follow. Page was very nice, made sure we had everything we needed. Check in/ out was a breeze. The property was exactly as it showed online. We will definitely book it again if we are in the area!

Perfect space but security concerns

Check in was easy, the house is very clean, cute space, and was perfect for the time I was there. I liked having a little kitchen so I could work remotely while waiting for my son to finish up at soccer camp. My only concern was security. I’m not sure how often the keypad door code is updated so I was nervous that the keypad lock is the only way to lock the front door. The owner also entered while I was out for the day without any advanced notice which concerned me. Traveling as a lone female, I’m extra cautious so I probably would not stay here again unless I was with my husband. This is the only reason for the rating. Otherwise the property itself and its location is 5 stars!

“Hair” to get away

Here from Dallas to get my hair done by my daughter… place is a small space but doesn’t feel small! Loved it… only issue was code to enter was not working but host was was extremely responsive and ver kind!
