The farmhouse features a thoughtfully designed upper-floor layout, including two gallery bedrooms, one with a mix of single and double beds and a TV, and another with a double bed and dining space. A fully equipped open kitchen includes an induction hob, boiling water tap, coffee machine, and fridge-freezer. Two modern bathrooms, both with showers and bidets, ensure comfort for all. Guests can also enjoy access to a large shared swimming pool (16 x 8 m, open May–September), a garden with play equipment, a barbecue area, and ample parking.

Surrounding attractions include the Leaning Tower of Pisa, a global icon just 30 minutes away, and the Renaissance wonders of Florence, just over an hour’s drive.
