The room had windows to the party street. I don't understand why they put you in such a room on the second floor on a Friday night without warning that police sirens will wake you every 10 mins.

Thank you very much for your rating. We are very sorry, that the night was noisy during your stay. Please take note that we are located in the city centre. We cannot forecast if there will be police sirens in the night and how often they will occur. It is possible to demand a room to the yard. Also our windows are sound proof. We are sorry for the inconveniences.

Nice hotel close tof city centre

Very friendly and helpful staff on reception and in the breakfast room. Good choice of breakfast foods. Hotel rooms very clean. The hotel is in easy walking distance to all parts of the city. Underground, Trams and buses all very easy to use and low prices.

good budget hotel

Staff very friendly , room was very clean . location was very good close to restaurants/bars/shopping , 20 min walk to cathedral/old town/river. Room was on the small sze and got quite hot , i would recommend upgrading to the business room which i saw and had much more room than the standard one. room was quiet though. didn't use the piano bar/restaurant so can't comment . no wifi in rooms and is charged for in lobby so go to starbucks (there are many close by) have a coffee and have free wifi. overall a good budget hotel a good 3star hotel.

Ich war schon öfter in diesem Hotel, alles sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstück genügend Auswahl und alles frisch. Jetzt endlich mit einer guten Cafe Maschine mit grosser Auswahl an Cafe. 😁👍
