The room was good. But accessing the hotel was quite difficult. At arrival, the doors were locked. I didn’t have access codes and in the app, it appeared as if I did not have a reservation. Great place to stay! Easy to get to and situated within walking distance of a train station that allows access to the city. The front desk staff were pleasant and very helpful with how to get around Cologne. We got a family room that was large, clean, and very comfortable.
