Staff is always amazing. Check in and check out are always easy. Its just little cleanliness things. Like stains on bedding or doors. This was our second time staying. Great for the price.

The room's bathroom smelled of urine. The floor and shower were dirty. The 2-day stay lacked even basic housekeeping. We had to use the same towel and one washcloth for two days. The hygiene and sanitation of the place could be way better.

Neat and clean extended stay hotel. All of the staff were super helpful and kind, making my stay even more pleasant. Lots of amenities, from free coffee (good!), kitchenette, snack hub, gym, pool, laundry, etc. Will find a reason to visit again!

Came for nephew graduation from Fort Moore. Customer service was great but the room smells really bad. Went to Walmart to purchase air freshener to killed the smell and Lysol for disinfectant.
