I didn't like how the hotel seemed like it was renovated yet run down in the same time. The hotel room itself, the window was actually stuck partially open. I was able to get it closed. But then the noise from outside still seemed like it was very loud. And it seemed like the shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor.

The check in process was easy and quick. The elevator is going to be slow. We got to the room. No issues except the main door and bathroom both stuck so you needed to push hard to shut them. Our neighbors were very loud and yelling at each other into the night. You could definitely tell they were having a party. The next day when we got back I noticed ants in the room. It was later at night and our last night. Just sucked cause we had brought our dog and it made it hard to feed her. The area where you could take your dog out also had glass all over the place as well. Needless to say we won’t be back to this hotel. We have stayed here three times and it just feels like it has went downhill.

The room was very clean. The hallways could be cleaner. Also our room was at the front of the building and the property lights were shining in to room. I feel like blackout shades are needed to darken the room at night. It was too bright with the lights shining in. Also out the microwave on the top shelf and the coffee maker on the bottom shelf. It was hard to see what I was doing with the coffee maker on the top shelf. I loved all the renovations and the breakfast was good.

Horrible customer service. When arriving was told their would be a $50 hold on my card and I would get it back the next morning. When checking out I was informed that I wouldnt get it back for 7 days. We had a room right by the elevator which wasnt good for a 1 year old that wakes up at every loud sound. The breakfast buffet was poor and not worth it. I wouldn't stay here again.

The property is covenienrly located ofc the expressway and rasy to get to. The grounds were clean and well kept. The lobby was clean and well lit. The manager on duty welcomed us and checked us in quickly. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean as well. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast next morning was a welcome inclusion for the price of the room. There was a good selection of breakfast items. Will definitely come back again.

Great place to stay

Very clean and well appointed room. Breakfast was similar in offerings to other chain hotels in this category but the prep and cleanliness was the best we have seen. Great place to stay.

Nice hotel

The hotel was clean. I did notice my room had a water leak in the past the floor is in need of repair. Also there was a lot of noise from the other guests in the middle of the night that woke me up. I mentioned it to the front desk upon checkout. She apologized for the noise.
