I was prepared to give 5 stars. However, when I was checking in, I was given no information about breakfast times, wifi, etc. Also, evidently one of my neighbors needs to sleep with the TV on. Although it wasn't loud, it was enough to interrupt my sleep (being a light sleeper) I loved having a refrigerator with freezer. I was able to make ice cubes for my cooler. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was also comfortable. The shower ran quietly but the exhaust fan wasn't running. Breakfast was okay. The syrup dispenser had a stalactite of hardened syrup hanging down and seemed to be empty or clogged. It wasn't very appetizing. All in all, I would consider staying here again.

The refrigerator in my room could have cleaned better. Also, staff neglected to let some people who were staying there that quietness is what travelers look for in an out-of-town stay. The staff seemed not to care at all. Overall, my stay was good.

Everything was fine. Breakfast was good. It would be good to clean the hallway carpet by the second floor elevator. Price was very reasonable.

On the way from Colorado to Michigan, I stopped here for the night. Traveling alone with my dog, I wanted a safe place that was pet friendly and this fit the bill. Staff was helpful, place was good.

Great customer service the staff was very welcoming. The hotel was very clean. Our room was clean and smelled very good. There a shopping center within walking distance. Many restaurant's to go eat in the area. Will stay there again in the near future.

The property was very clean. The staff was very nice. We even forgot a speaker there and they were honest enough to put it behind the desk and allows us to to come pick it up. That’s great service and honesty. We will be back.
