MAIN LIVING: The light-filled second floor is the hub of Summer Catch, with an inviting open living and kitchen concept where the whole family can spend time together. Relax on the roomy sectional sofa and handsome chairs, grouped before a fireplace and wall-mounted TV. Play cards at the round dining table, which seats six. Or hang out at the kitchen island with bonus stool seating. The chef’s kitchen with gorgeous appliances has everything you need to whip up a seafood dinner. The oversize sink holds dishes to the next day, and a drip coffee maker and Keurig ensure you get just the right cup! Wrapped in windows and French doors, the whole living space connects to the coastal landscape. Step out to the wrap-around balcony to relax and enjoy views of Gulf, Bay and community. On the gilling deck, use the gas grill for cookout fun! A third-floor sitting area with TV offers another hang-out for smaller groups, and the top-floor deck has birds-eye Gulf views!

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Two bedrooms welcome guests on the first floor, including a gorgeous primary king suite with tufted headboard, seashell-inspired bedding, and spa-like bath and a second king bedroom lined with palm wallpaper and offering its own bathroom. On level two, a second primary suite features a king bed under soaring ceiling. Its attached, jaw-dropping bathroom feels luxe, with shutter-lined windows and door, which opens to a balcony.
