Worst experience I’ve had with hotels.com

We entered the room and there was a small bed with 2 pillows and 1 towel in the bathroom. I went to the front and asked for more pillows and another towel and the lady told me they didn’t have any. I told her I booked a room for 2 people if that’s the case can we cancel the booking. She said “let me look, no it’s nonrefundable.” We didn’t even stay, I just had to forfeit my $100.

I stayed just one night at this motel 6 and was very disappointed in the room. The floor was sticky and dirty. I checked out of the room to go to a Best Western that was four miles away. When I asked for a return of funds to my account for credit of three nights. They refused because I booked the room through Expedia. I am complaining that this is not right to pay for three nights that I did not stay at this Motel 6. This has me concerned and I might not ever use Expedia to book anything from now on. Please, tell me you will reimburse me for those three nights that I didn’t stay. Thank you!

Nice location to Island. fairly clean(floors needed mopping). Water pressure so high @ lavatory water went every where. Shower water pressure barely enough to shower! Everything else reasonably good!

The room I got the first night had a noisy AC and it was next to the street so the room was noisy. I changed and on the second night, the AC and traffic was quiet. I have my own thermometer and hydrometer. It was reading 70º and 80% humidity. That's no one's fault. I'm just including here for reference. The area is very humid. The AC can't dry out the air and maintain a temperature around 76º where I like it so I had to adjust the temp and settings to stay comfortable.
