Friendly staff and clean room. Included breakfast was of good quality with hot food options. Nothing fancy, but thoughtful perks like a pleasant outdoor patio and grill, nice shaded area around the pool, cookies at the front desk, and happy hour. You will hear your neighbors, so if you are sensitive to that you may want to be on the second floor. Great room pricing for the location and golf cart rentals are a few steps away. Peyton’s carts were a pleasure to rent from and very convenient from the location, which made for a great trip overall.

I chose this property based on the reviews and the photos. The photos are completely different than what the rooms actually look like. Upon arriving, we noticed mold on the doorway of the bathroom. We scrubbed it off with soap as we didn’t want to cause any trouble and we weren’t staying there long. There is rust on the phones and lamps. The lamp shade was stained. The floors were sticky and the light switches had dust and dirt in between the cracks, it just felt gross all around. There was also stains on the walls and what looked like someone booger and hair from their nose. The toilet paper holder was also broke and the bath faucet was almost falling off the wall, lol. We dealt with it because we were on vacation and obviously not staying in the hotel room long besides to sleep. The breakfast was decent, nothing fancy but was still good. Make sure you get enough towels because they only give towels during the hours of 9am-11am which is shocking. You’d think things would be available for guests at all times like all other hotels. So if you go to the beach multiple times with kids, make sure you have enough towels to bathe afterwards. We also asked for more coffee because they only give you 2 packets and we never got it. Next time, I will spend the extra money on a nicer hotel. I’m still waiting to see if they refund the $100 deposit. The location was conveniently next to alot of shopping and food. The staff was very nice so no issue there!

Was worried since we booked based on reviews and then saw the pictures showing it was a red roof. But I guess it was sold years ago and thoes pictures are not correct. Place was better than expected the only thing that was difficult was we were promised a bottom floor but then moved to 2nd floor b/c that’s all they had clean and it was after 4. So usually a better choice but this place has no elevator and we had some heavily luggage and a bad back so not idea Still I give it 5 stars for this grade of hotel
