Agriturismo Pierle Cuiano La Loggia with Mountain View, Shared Pool and Wi-Fi

Driving along the road between Tuscany and Umbria, you will reach Pierle, a medieval village in the hills between Cortona and Lake Trasimeno, which with its castle overlooks the green valley below. Here surrounded by olive trees and woods of chestnut and oak trees, you will find the farmhouse.



Agriturismo Pierle Cuiano La Loggia is located on the second floor of the farmhouse, reached by stone stairs, which lead to the large covered terrace with stunning views of Pierle Castle, perfect for eating, reading or relaxing outdoors. The very large and bright living room provides a sofa, armchairs, TV, stereo and an old stone fireplace from the late 19th century. Separated by an archway, the kitchen is complete with everything you need for a self-catering vacation, including a dishwasher. At the top of the stairs are three bedrooms. One bathroom serves one double bedroom, while the other bathroom serves both the other double and the room with 2 single beds. All the rooms have beautiful views. From the living room of the Loggia, through a double internal separating door that ensures maximum silence, you enter the fourth double bedroom with private bathroom and through an internal staircase you go down to the ground floor where there is another bathroom and it is possible to add another bedroom. In this way you have 5 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 4 bathrooms with the entrance from both sides of the farmhouse, particularly suitable for a group of ten people. However, the apartment is also available in the reduced formula for 6 people with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Heating available upon request.



Skillful restoration has maintained the Tuscan style of rural stone houses, with exposed chestnut beams and lintels and stone hearths dating back to the 19th century.



The large garden surrounding the farmhouse provides our guests with tables, chairs, barbecue and wood-burning oven for picnics, barbecues, pizzas, tasting our products and outdoor drinks. The garden opens like a terrace with spectacular views of the verdant valley below and the mountains of Umbria in the distance.



The shared swimming pool (12x6 meters, 140 cm maximum depth) will let you have moments of pleasant relaxation, and by the pool you will find: sunbeds, tables, chairs, umbrellas. In the large play area children can have fun in maximum safety.



Do you love trekking or simply taking walks in the open air all around the Cuiano farmhouse you will find fantastic routes immersed in the green chestnut woods or among centuries-old olive groves, and in autumn you can collect mushrooms and chestnuts. A weekend in Cortona,an agritourism vacation among the green of our woods, the beauty of Pierle, Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Perugia, Assisi, Orvieto and the Trasimeno Lake, can give you moments of absolute relaxation with visions, smells, tastes that you will never forget.
