This place has caused a headache of a process with Expedia. Not only did I walk in to check in to my Expedia booking but the staff didn't even bother telling me that they did not pull up any booking already established with them. Instead without telling me charged a night straight with their hotel with no knowledge of it. A card was asked to be placed on file that's all. Not even a receipt was provided. Had it been I would have clearly seen the full charge and would have questioned it on the spot. Instead I got my key and parking voucher. Not till I was home from my trip did I see a full hotel charge by them and now I'm having to dispute it with Expedia while Ramada refuses to do anything to resolve the issue. It's still and ongoing process at the moment.

A good value

It was a pretty decent stay. A few noisy folks out in the parking lot both nights until after 10 but after that it was quiet. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast there. Overall, not bad for the price. I would come back.

DIRTY WALLS & URINE ODORS

Had to change rooms immediately upon checking in as the room they gave me smelled awful with a stench of urine. I attribute it to their pet policy and allowing dogs. The fact is if I can smell it so can they and they have no business trying to sell someone a room like that. It's disgusting and unsanitary. The room they gave me instead was not what I paid for and while the odor was no longer present this room was dirty with spots all over the walls that were poop color brown. Flies and other bugs in the room as well. Loud and inconsiderate staff working early the following morning. There was also a tissue blocking the peephole in the new room I was given which I had to remove which means they do a very minimal job of cleaning the rooms here. AWFUL

The hotel was inferior; closer to Motel 6! Turned on Heater and window unit so loud could not sleep; Mold and rest in Bathroom and vanity. At breakfast at 8:30am; no bacon or sauage; only eggs. Staff said they did not have any.

My husband and I have been coming here for the past three years because we run the oc and Huntington marathon. This place is quiet, friendly, easy to access, many eateries in the area, the staff is pleasant, and ultimately very comfortable. the hot tub is nice after a long run and the staff is very attentive. They used to have a mini restaurant on the premises but with the new owners it seems as if they closed that down. As of 2/2025 there is no more restaurant.

Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. We were pleasantly surprised and happy with our room. We were not impressed with their Continental Breakfast. What Continental Breakfast doesn't serve bacon?? Make your own waffle was great! But no bacon??

Waiting and Waiting a Little More

The guy that checked me in was nice enough, but I had to wait 45 minutes after check-in for my room. Room had not been cleaned yet. No real apology and nothing offered. They seemed undertrained and unorganized. Another group had to walk back from their upstairs room twice to get their keys activated correctly. The location of the hotel is exactly what I needed but it was really rundown and probably because of that did not feel very clean, which was reflected in the price so that was not a big surprise.
