This place has caused a headache of a process with Expedia. Not only did I walk in to check in to my Expedia booking but the staff didn't even bother telling me that they did not pull up any booking already established with them. Instead without telling me charged a night straight with their hotel with no knowledge of it. A card was asked to be placed on file that's all. Not even a receipt was provided. Had it been I would have clearly seen the full charge and would have questioned it on the spot. Instead I got my key and parking voucher. Not till I was home from my trip did I see a full hotel charge by them and now I'm having to dispute it with Expedia while Ramada refuses to do anything to resolve the issue. It's still and ongoing process at the moment.
