Staff was friendly, rooms are poor condition in need of repair, outside of hotel unkept very rough looking with local construction crews drinking beer in several areas. Seems unsafe. Hotel next door where my friend stayed was pristine inside and out for same money

It’s a room.

It’s old. There was an ADA room next to mine. Only stairs to get to it. Breakfast was not great. Bed was comfortable.

The trash is by the the back door blood leaking out of the bag. And the bees are everywhere. You have to clean tje bathroom before you can use it.

Nice rooms but overpriced and run down

Rooms are much nicer than the outside of the building would have you think. Check-in took nearly 30 minutes because of an undertrained front desk attendant. Water spigot in the shower needs replacing. A/C unit malfunctions. She "blanket" they give you is terrible. Building is run down overall. Overall, a fine stay but overpriced with some issues.
