What a delightful hotel!

Everything was amazing and comletely thought through for the transiting traveller, from 4 am. Breakfast to airport shuttle to a gym and laundry room. The 5 £ shuttle to the airport and same price from airport to the hotel makes everything so convenient! The whole hotel was super clean as well. Oh.. and the availability of the delicious 24/7 pizza was most welcomed!

Like: very close to Gatwick (7min average drive time) and there is paid shuttle bus service every 30min by 3rd party company, if required. Room was clean. Shower and sinks were clean. Slept well. Dislike: breakfast was dry (bacon, sausage) and some items were cold (scrambled eggs and mushroom). Food was bland. When it was topped up with hot eggs it tasted bland. We had a cobweb and spider in the shower. This must be one off, but worth mentioning so housekeeping can look into this.we didn't see any cobwebs in other areas. Windows locked for safety? Would be useful to open windows a bit. Some hotels put a safety lock to ensure windows cannot open fully to ensure safety whilst still having fresh air.

It was a lovely hotel, quite close to the airport, thus why I chose it. The room was decent and quiet and alll the facilities that I needed for my stay worked well. The car park was cramped, not much room to park, I had to get out of the car on the passenger side. So that could do with a bit of improvement. Nonetheless, the price for parking was reasonable compared to other hotels nearby.

The hotel was clean and adequate for our needs. Close to amenities and had shuttle for airport which was really great. We arrived 2 hours early and were required to pay 20 pounds the check in early, even though we were checking out 4 hours early the next day.we were tired so we paid. Just did not sit right with us. I do understand policies. But the room was avaiable.

Loved this modern, cozy and convenient hotel, just a short, affordable bus ride from Gatwick airport. Enjoyed a bite to eat and a drink in the cool little restaurant.

GREAT FOR AIRPORT STAYS.

We felt very refreshed ready for our flight. the next day. Check-in went well, but we had to explain that we had already paid extortionate 15 pound parking for a very small parking space, and the shampoo was empty but apart from these couple of things, everything was marvellous.

Arrived early and could check in early for minimal fee. Room lovely, clean and everything needed for the one night stay. Ate at restaurant and food / service great. Easy walk to some shopping. Front desk arranged taxi for transfer to airport but also shuttle right outside the door too. Had a hiccup by leaving back pack in taxi and hotel helped arrange for me to get this back. Overall great experience and customer service. Highly recommend this hotel

Parking dreadful-filled with contractors-Not great

Stayed here many times. Parking is a nightmare. Squashed in next to two other cars and had to climb through my passenger door to get out of my seat. Happens all the time. Very slow check in. Wrong room given. Had to return to desk to change it. The sink emptied very slowly so possibly a blockage in my room. Not happened before in other rooms so maybe a problem with just that one. Service provided at the bar for food and drink is very slow. Not the staff’s fault. They deal with check in and serving behind the bar. This needs looking into as it’s a regular thing. Forever waiting for acknowledgement. The menu is the same as it’s been in the year I’ve been coming here. Sometimes at check in, the overpowering smell of old cooking oil is very off putting. Prices have also gone up. Food and drink costs are extortionate for such a low key set up. I’d not mind paying if I thought it was good quality - it’s average. The staff aren’t happy here. It’s gone downhill and service is provided by agency staff… Make your own mind up. I had to squeeze into my passenger seat to get back into the drivers seat on my way out.. I shan’t be coming back - sorry
