Got a parking space WiFi good polite staff no hot water for a shower though and very cold in the room. Bathroom needs a good clean but average place to stay and close to the airport.

Lovely building. However. No food available on site. Offered no alternatives. (9.30 pm arrival) Carpets felt damp. Mould on window sills, overwhelming air freshener smells to cover the smell of mould. Very disappointing after a flight. Photographs do not represent what we saw.

Good access to Gatwick Airport. Room was clean and comfortable and staff were helpful. Very limited evening menu and no breakfast offered during weekdays, and of course aircraft noise owing to close proximity to Gatwick Airport. Good budget option for departure from Gatwick.

It needs minor maintenance items doing, a stitch in time, would go wonders. Very clean bathroom, incl the toilet. It was a single room for one night only so for me adequate, if I did the same trip again I would use them , certainly as a comparison, it's a stop over hotel for the airport I guess, not likely to engender loyalty from guests, maybe next time I could try the double room!

Despite recent reviews, this hotel is in no way exceptional. It's adequate/functional at best. Tired decor, scruffy rooms, and badly in need of a complete refit. If you want to stay overnight and park your car, whilst wishing you were staying somewhere else, then this is the place for you. The price reflects the quality of the hotel.

This was just an overnight stay, as we had an early flight in the morning, very convenient for Gatwick airport, however we did find that it took ages for the hot water in the bathroom, also found that it was unusual that we could not get any alcoholic beverages at the hotel

Overnighter

Just an overnight as down for a function. Easy to miss the entrance, needs a bigger sign, otherwise, reception was polite and welcoming. Room was ready and clean and tidy. All in all a nice stay and we would use again.

Staff friendly and check in easy. Rooms good size and clean. Kettle in the room for teas and coffees. Decor a little old fashioned but it was only an overnight stay. Managed to get some food onsite which was tasty. All in all a good overnight stay for the price. Thank you.
