It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), a full bathroom with shower, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, and a living-dining room with access to a terrace overlooking the beautiful communal area and the sea. The apartment has split air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, and a ceiling fan in the double bedroom. The communal area features a pool surrounded by grass and swings for children.
