Beautiful little apartment in the heart of Crested Butte. Remodeled apartment is 1 block from Elk Avenue where there is dining, shopping and the entertainment district. Walk 1 block to the ski shuttle up to the Crested Butte ski area. Apartment has 2 bedrooms - 1 with queen bed and the other with a bunk that sleeps a double on bottom and a single on top. Apartment has a gas fireplace and cable TV. Kitchen comes with oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker and all the other appliances that you will need. A washer/Dryer is also available for guest use. Enjoy the outside deck with a gas grill and rocking chars to sit back and relax. Large back yard and off street parking. We had a relaxing and restful stay in a perfect location. The apartment is very well equipped with all that we could have wanted. We parked our car and didn’t use it for three days since we walked or hiked right from our apartment’s location.

This property is 5 stars plus! Comfy and super well-equipped with anything you could possibly need during your stay. Lovely gardens for enjoying the outdoors. One block off Elk Ave - walkable to all the downtown shops and restaurants. It's a special place!

We loved the property and want to return next summer. The outdoor space was lovely and we spent a lot of time reading, relaxing and grilling in the shade. The home was super clean and well stocked. The beds and pillows were luxurious. The walk into town and the Center for the Arts and the market was easy. This property is perfect.

I don’t think I can come up with the right words to express how incredible this stay was. The owners were there to answer any questions we had as first timers with renting. The pictures did it no justice. While no other facilities around us had a yard and very sizable deck, it was the envy of all in about party when booked elsewhere. We were quite comfortable there and everything well stocked. It was within walking distance to anything in town. We look forward to future stays with them!

Beautiful Convenience

We stayed at a gorgeous spot in an incredibly convenient area downtown, which was made even better by our wonderful hosts and their two adorable pups. It’s a quaint property that was a perfect spot to wake up and relax at, get ready for all types of events throughout the day, and come back to in the evening. Can’t recommend this wonderful condo enough!

Beyond Expectations

My husband and I loved staying at this property. It was close to Main Street, and we could easily walk there. The beds were comfortable, it was very clean, and we loved sitting by the gas fireplace each morning. Also, we enjoyed playing croquet in the evening and sitting on chairs outside the apartment. Our host, Pete, was very nice and was easy to communicate with. This place made our stay in downtown Crested Butte extra special.

Home away from home

Charming first floor apartment with a super charming and cozy feel. Everything was just as described with all amenities you would need. Beautiful landscaped private yard with inviting deck surrounded with trees and beautiful flower gardens, bicycles and croquet. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Hosts were wonderful, so accomodating and friendly. Highly recommend.

This two bedroom apartment is on a beautiful private location with lovely grounds. It is in a perfect location only one street over from the main street Elk. It is well stocked and has beautiful furniture. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

This was our first time visiting Created Butte so we wanted to experience the town. The location couldn’t have been better. Also short walk to bus stop for transportation to the mountain. Place was small but was cozy and met all our needs.

Ski trip

The perfect stay in the butte. Clean, close to Elk Ave, close to the bus stops and anywhere in town you wanted to go on foot. No need to rent a car. Will be back, just not soon enough.

Great place to visit!

We so appreciated our stay here! The location is so close to so much - our 7 yr old had no problem walking to the grocery store or to dinner. The place is clean and comfortable and the hosts were fabulous and so helpful with any questions! We'd absolutely stay here again!

Great apartment downtown

We were coming from three different towns and had three cars. When asked about parking it was immediately assumed that we were partiers and were warned that wouldn't be tolerated before we even checked in. Street parking is available right in front and not a big deal. This property is in a great location, only a block off the Elk Ave. Easy walk to all shops and restaurants and bars. Great little kitchen and nice beds. A kitchen floor tile was broken, apparently during our stay, and we were charged extra for this. It is an apartment in a four unit building and the owner lives directly next door with same entryway access,

Exceptionally Convenient Location

We spent the week at the appartment with friends to ski and experience the town of Crested Butte. Pete was a great host and the place was perfect for our visit. The kitchen was well stocked and everything in the unit was clean and working. The unit is on the bottom floor and we could hear some noise from the top unit at times. It wasn't an issue for us, but something you should be aware of.The town shuttle bus stop is less than 2 blocks away, which made commuting to the mountain a breeze. We also walked everywhere we went in town, leaving our vehicles parked at the appartment. I would seek this appartment out again for a future visit to Crested Butte.

Just a block from shops and restaurants on Elk Ave and short walk to catch the town shuttle to Mountaineers Square. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the board game selection was unmatched. Thanks for making this space available!
