The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet, sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Located in Dramalj, the property is within 400 metres of Omorika Beach and within 700 metres of Riviera Beach. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport and on the property.
