The detached villa is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property to the sea. Available for exclusive use are: sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard. Outdoor kitchen.

Dramalj. The villa is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 3 cars) in the garage and on the property.
