The rooms of the apartment extend over a complete half of the house and can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 5 to 11 people. The kitchen, living room and toilet are on the living floor. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances.

Our apartment is located in the center of Upper Lusatia in a quiet location directly at the retirement home Sankt Ludmila in Crostwitz. Due to the very favorable geographical location near the A4 Uhyst am Taucher motorway exit (4 km), you can reach a variety of excursion destinations and sights in the region with a travel time of less than an hour.

Recommended day trip destinations include the Saxon Switzerland National Park, Upper Lusatian Mountains, the Zittau Mountains, Upper Lusatian Heath and Pond Landscapes (UNESCO Biosphere Reserve), Lusatian Lake District, Spreewald, European City of Görlitz, Dresden - to name just a few.

The spacious living room (35m²) offers high quality equipment. Three large panoramic windows provide a good view. On the top floor are four bedrooms furnished in country style. All beds are equipped with high quality bed mattresses which ensure excellent sleeping comfort. You can choose between two levels of lying hardness by turning the mattresses individually. The bathroom is equipped with a corner bath, shower cubicle, double sink and toilet.

Outside there is a terrace with seating and a grill, which you can access via the kitchen exit. The rooms of our apartment are non-smoking.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Für Familie das optimale Ferienhaus. Die Abwicklung mit Buchung und Übergabe war ebenfalls sehr einfach und ohne Probleme.

Silvester mit Kindern

Wir waren zwei Familien, mit insgesamt 3 Kindern. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Kochutensilien sollten evtl. Ausgetauscht werden. Gut zu wissen ist das drei der Schlafzimmer Durchgangszimmer sind von denen sich eins nicht verdunkeln lässt, aber man ist ja flexibel!

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig. Alles war top sauber und die Ausstattung ist praktisch. Die Beschreibung im Internet passte. Anfragen beim Vermieter wurden schnell beantwortet. Das heißt, die Wohnung kann sehr gut weiterempfohlen werden! Ungewöhnlich für uns als Familie, die häufig in Ferienwohnungen ist, war, dass wir den Vermieter nicht sahen. Sonst konnte man im Gespräch mit dem Vermieter noch Ausflugstipps, die über Reiseführer hinaus gehen, erfragen. In der Ferienwohnung gab es keine Handtücher. Damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet (hatten aber in der Schwimmbadtasche Handtücher dabei). Aber ich weiß auch nicht, ob es vielleicht trotzdem im Ausschreibungstext stand und ich es lediglich überlesen hatte.

Ein wunderhübsches Dorf

Das serbische Dorf Crostwitz ist sehr schön gelegen. Das Ferienhaus war ausreichend ausgestattet. Besonders der Kontakt mit dem Inhaber war jederzeit zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich!!! Die technische Ausstattung ist top und hat uns viel Freude bereitet! Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. PS: einzig die beschriebenen Handtücher waren nicht da - aber was solls ;-)

Entspannter Kurzurlaub mit Kindern

Hallo Herr Ziesch, vielen Dank für den wundervollen Kurzurlaub in ihrer Ferienwohnung. Alles war genauso, wie Sie es beschrieben haben, sehr sauber und ordentlich und alle notwendigen Utensilien sind vorhanden. An- und Abreise war unkompliziert organisiert.
