Very clean and nice property, Samantha at the desk was very nice and welcoming, even though the elevator was down she did her best to accommodate our stay and stayed positive through it all!

Upon arrival, found winged bugs crawling on the curtains. Bugs also on the wall coming from bottom of the A/C unit. About 3 dozen dead bugs on top of the A/C Control Unit. I requested to be moved to another room. This was done promptly by the front desk. No problems with the replacement room.

My check in was sketchy. I had just booked a non-refundable room here on HOTELS.com when we pulled into the parking lot. At the same time as a street person rode up on his bike. He emptied his pockets onto the counter next to me as the clerk explained that the elevator was out of service.

The elevator was broken, I walk with a can and had to go two flights of stairs, the clerk showed no empathy whatsoever,, H Said he didn’t have a first floor room when we could clearly see that ours was one of four keys he had sitting on his desk and two of them were by first floor rooms.

I love the area the Hotel is located, close to almost everything and is in walking distant. Check in was easy and quick, love that they will give you a specific room if its available. Love housekeeping, I did not let them clean but I was given what I ask for every time, do not love the pressure of the shower, bed is a little worn out but was good enough, breakfast was very small, not enough to choose from and I went 2 hours before ending time and the food was almost gone and was not restock. I went to this hotel quite a lot and the breakfast was better back then but now its gotten kind of downhill. Overall this hotel is actually the best one in town to stay at if you love some comfort. Price is steady climbing but what can you do? Love it overall.

Hotel was decent. Comfortable bed, quiet, and clean. Breakfast was ok but not great. The usual free breakfast items. Coffee was very weak though. Overall it was a pretty good overnight stay, but nothing to write home about.

I was not overly impressed. It was clean and safe, but nothing special. We were never able to get hot water in the bathroom sink. The shower door stuck along the bottom. The breakfast was pretty basic.

Well first of all we were told the elevator was out of order. The clerk said there were no rooms on first or second floor. Hard to believe. The coffee was terrible. It looked like dishwater. The breakfast was very limited and Terrible.

We were pleasantly surprised at the amenities in our room. Microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer and seating area with super reading lights. 1st class breakfast. Beds and pillows were so comfy we didn’t want to get up.
