Boat ramp is 1 mile away-from here it's a short ride to the Gulf, or to get out on the Lake Roussea. There are 2 kayaks, bicycles and fishing poles ready for new adventures. Grill or smoke your catch of the day on the back patio and take in the sunset. Check out the manatees and float the local crystal clear rivers and all the great restaurants in the Crystal River/Dunnellon area. Salt and fresh water boat ramps are 1 mile away. 30 minute boat ride to Rainbow River and 30 minute boat ride to Crystal Bay. The house is pet friendly but there is no fenced in yard.
