This is an ideal vacation home! Very spacious, clean, and comfortable river house on a canal that leads to the Crystal River. No bridges. It is in a quiet, tucked away neighborhood off Fort Island Trail. Beach is about 4 miles away and public boat ramp is within one mile. The house has a split bedroom floor plan, wide open living area, two car garage with opener and a screened porch overlooking a picturesque backyard and canal. All appliances and washer/dryer have recently been replaced. A new spa was installed in 2023. Perfect for pleasure and relaxation. Master bedroom is large and includes a king size bed, and bath. Total living area is 2100 SF. Extra amenities include two kayaks, a bumper pool table and a six person hot tub. It provides a relaxing refuge after a long day on Crystal River or the Gulf. A fold down kayak launcher is provided on the floating dock. The dock will easily accommodate a 24’ or larger boat. A biking and walking trail is less than a quarter mile away. Spectrum streamed through Roku devices is provide on all four TVs. High speed internet through Spectrum. Our across the street neighbor is a fishing boat Captain. Nice Home

Property was very nice. Canal was super shallow for our 25ft center console but we made it work. Word is the canal has been approved to be cleaned and dredged. House could use a little TLC but would definitely recommend to anyone with a smaller boat or flats boat. Neighbors are friendly and helpful too!

Our 6 adults were here for the start of scallop season. The canal, dock and access were great. The house was super accommodating and clean. The porch and outdoor area is nice . The hosts were responsive and communicated well.

Very nice!

The home was clean and comfortable. Very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the screened porch overlooking the canal. Appreciated the convenient location, and the quiet safe neighborhood. We did not utilize the hot tub or the kayaks. The garage was a real plus. It was a peaceful trip!

Manatee Heaven

We had a wonderful stay and this has been our favorite trip by far! We took our bikes to a great fishing hole close to the house, took a short drive to fort island beach to play in the water, rented a boat for the day, kayaked up and down the river, played in the hot tub, and shopped in town. The owner is extremely responsive and accommodating! Great stay!

Great house in a great location for anything boating. Easy access to kings bay, springs, sandbars and scalloping. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Awesome place to stay!

Everything we could have asked for on this scalloping and fishing adventure with the grandkids. Public boat launch just down the road, easy access from the dock to the gulf, bait shop just up the road. Grocery stores and great food within minutes of the house. We grilled fish and scallops, kids even caught redfish in the canal between trips. Definitely recommend and plan to visit again!

Comfort and location

Well maintained and beautifully decorated home. Our family enjoyed all the amenities from the large open kitchen and living area, comfortable bedrooms, to the hot tub, dock and even the games. They have definitely spent the time to make sure everything is covered. Communication is prompt and even had excellent recommendations for the area. We had an excellent vacation and their home definitely made it complete.

Christmas in Crystal River

This house was the perfect place to call home over our holiday. Spacious, relaxing, clean, plenty to keep the teens busy, loved using the kayaks and seeing manatees and dolphins on the river. We did a little fishing, used the hot tub most mornings and nights and enjoyed bird watching from the screen porch. If we visit the area again I would definitely stay here.

Great first trip to Crystal River

House was very clean and provided everything we needed for a great trip. It was in an excellent location for us to access the river by boat, centralized between the gulf and springs. The location allowed us to have a day of fishing, a day for scalloping and a day to relax and enjoy the springs! Lots of great memories were made. Looking forward to another trip one day!

Great stay

We stayed for our annual scalloping vacation and the house had everything we needed and more. Neighbors were wonderful, our kids made a new friend :) we brought our 27ft boat and had no problem docking or getting out of the canal. We would love to stay again!
