City Apartments “Cuxhaven – Norderstein“ – Apartment 1

General
This 60 sqm, 1-room apartment (non-smoking) is located on the first floor of a building renovated in 2026 and offers space for two people. Adjacent to the living area is a private balcony furnished with outdoor furniture. Parking spaces for your car are available on the parking deck of the “Nordsee-Galerie” (250 m away).

Living area
The spacious living and dining area is furnished with a sofa and a dining table (140 cm x 78 cm). A 43-inch TV with internet TV is available for a cozy evening watching TV. You can also use your Netflix account on it. Of course, we provide fast, wireless internet access throughout the entire apartment at no charge.

Sleeping area
You sleep in the combined living and sleeping area in a high-quality box spring bed (160 cm x 200 cm), for which we provide you with bed linen. For a well-rested sleep, you also have the option of darkening the windows with curtains. In addition, a wardrobe provides space for your luggage.

Kitchen
In the high-quality kitchenette you will find an induction hob with four cooking plates, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. The carefully selected kitchen utensils will help you cook and enjoy. Our basic equipment also includes salt, pepper and sugar. For the preparation of coffee and tea, a coffee machine and a kettle are at your disposal.

Bathroom
The modern bathroom with shower has a towel heater and enough storage space for your personal cosmetic products. Towels and a hairdryer are provided by us.

Other equipment
In the entrance area of the apartment there is a coat rack. Within the building complex you will find a washing machine with detergent and a dryer. You can use these for a fee of €2.50 per wash or dry. The payment and reservation of the machines is uncomplicated via the app "WeWash". A laundry rack, an iron, an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner are available for your use in the laundry room.

Location
Our City Apartments “Cuxhaven – Norderstein” are located in a prime spot right in Cuxhaven’s pedestrian zone. Thanks to their central location, you can easily reach numerous shops, cafés, restaurants, the harbor, and other attractions on foot. If you’re arriving by train, it’s about a 5-minute walk from the Cuxhaven train station to our apartments.

Check-in & check-out
You can arrive from 4 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 10 am. If these times are not convenient for you, please ask us before your arrival. Access to the apartment is contactless via a pin code, so you can flexibly arrange your arrival time. You will receive the necessary information in time before your arrival.

Our City Apartments “Cuxhaven – Norderstein” are centrally located in the pedestrian zone and offer the ideal starting point for exploring Cuxhaven and the North Sea coast. Shopping, restaurants, cafés, and other everyday amenities are all within easy walking distance. At the same time, you’ll enjoy a pleasant living environment from which both the city center and the harbor are just a short walk away.

Getting here is easy whether you’re traveling by car or train. Cuxhaven is well-connected via Federal Highway B73. The Cuxhaven train station is just a few minutes away and offers convenient travel with direct connections to Hamburg, among other destinations. Apartments
The four apartments at our location in Cuxhaven are situated in a residential and commercial building completely renovated in 2026. Ranging in size from 48 sqm to 60 sqm, each apartment offers space for two people. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use within the building.
All apartments feature a modern living/dining/sleeping area with a sofa corner, sideboard, and internet-enabled TV, a dining table, and a double bed. Each living area opens onto a balcony. All apartments also include a modern bathroom with a shower and a towel-warming radiator. The kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, and various kitchen utensils, completes your temporary home. A fast Wi-Fi access, towels and bed linen as well as all utilities are included in our accommodation prices.
