I recommend this hotel to all travelers to Da Nang. The hotel is right on the beach, and you can see the beautiful view from the rooftop, which is also where the bar and swimming pool are located. The buffet-style breakfast is also a plus, and they even provide an afternoon snack bar from 2 to 4 p.m. every day. The staff is friendly, and the room is very clean.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. The staff were attentive and always greeted you with a smile. The pool and rooftop bar were a great place to relax in the afternoon heat and the hotel’s location across from the beach made walking around very easy.

We loved our experience at HAIAN beach hotel and spa. The staff were very detail oriented and were quick to answer any questions. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, looked forward to it every morning. During our stay, the safe in one of our rooms was stuck and would not open and the staff came to fix it right away. Rooms were taken care of everyday other than one night and the staff quickly came to follow up if we needed any amenities or towels in our rooms, very nice touch. My only critique would be that the air freshener pumped into the halls was quite overwhelming and too strong.
