Dahmeloft - Penthouse apartment with 40m2 roof terrace and 200m to the sea.

The Space:
This apartment is a new building located just 200m from the beach and is suitable for a maximum of 4 people.
Great importance was attached to high-quality and comfortable furnishings.

The 40m2 roof terrace with sunshine from dawn to dusk is the focal point of the apartment
and the large window fronts provide plenty of light in the living rooms.

The well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook and has direct access to the roof terrace.
There is a table with 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers with a parasol.
In the living room there is a Google Hub for listening to music and a 75” Smart TV.
There are two more TVs in the kitchen and in one of the bedrooms.

The bedrooms face north and the electric external blinds allow you to sleep in complete darkness.
One bedroom has a 180x200 cm bed with a full-length mattress and an en-suite WC.
The second bedroom also has a 180x200 cm bed with two single mattresses.
There is also a small desk for children to draw and do handicrafts or if you need to work remotely.
A fold-out baby crib is available in the accommodation free of charge.

The spacious bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and a large washbasin with plenty of storage space.

Your car can be parked safely under a carport directly in front of the building.

A charging station for electric vehicles can be used directly opposite the carport for a fee.

Guest Access:
Dahme is located on the Schleswig-Holstein Baltic Sea coast between the Bay of Lübeck and the island of Fehmarn and has a particularly wide, fine sandy beach with several beach chair rental shops. This can be reached via a small footpath that leads directly from the front door to the beach.

There is a well-stocked supermarket and several bakeries in the village, as well as many restaurants, cafés and stores selling mainly tourist goods. There is also a large Edeka supermarket and an Aldi in nearby Grube (approx. 8 km).

In Dahme, the beach promenade has been redesigned in recent years and a particularly nice large playground and a cool skate park have been built next to it, so that children of all ages have more opportunities to let off steam next to the beach.

The “Strand Spa” and the sports beach are located on the beach promenade in the immediate vicinity of our apartment. Here you can learn and play beach volleyball in the summer months and take part in various sports activities free of charge!

The area surrounding Dahme is also particularly beautiful. The nature reserve begins directly behind the skate park and you can go on long hikes and bike tours to Fehmarn on well-developed paths. In the other direction, the cliffs start on the outskirts of Dahme and lead all the way to Kellenhusen.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price.
Linen packages, consisting of a towel, a shower towel, a sheet and bed linen, can be optionally booked up to 5 days before arrival via our travel registration form for €32 per person.
If you have to pay a tourist tax in this accommodation, this is already included in the price of the overnight stay.
