Evidently I was supposed to receive a coupon for breakfast, showed up at 0630, due to 0700 shuttle to airport. Turned away by breakfast staff, told to go to front desk for coupon, no one at front fed that could help me until 0730. Totally sucked had to pay $15 for airport breakfast

The a/c wouldn't come on at all so it was hot all night. It kicked on by itself around 10:30 am, which means it wasn't broken, just used to cool off the room before check in. Also, I ran down to the counter in the am to grab something from the little store and the key didn't work when I went back up. This was an hour and a half before checkout, so I had to go back down to have it fixed. I had to call out several times before someone came out from the back, and he didn't bother greeting me or apologizing for the key inconvenience. The outside traffic was noisy as well, as my room looked out on a parking lot and busy freeway.
