The ability to check in with the front desk attendant is essential for a positive hotel experience. The relationship between the guest and the front desk staff sets the tone for the entire stay. Removing the check-in process and replacing it with a virtual assistant is not only inconvenient but also illogical. The absence of a bellman or a front desk attendant is simply absurd.

My room had a leak in thw ceiling and floodes thw bathroom. There is no help deak only a number to leave a message with, Thwy nwver chamges my room and rhe bathroom was flooded

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Here for a work conference. Spent over 45 minutes on hold while waiting to get access instructions. Reservation on Expedia came with free parking and I was told I had to register my vehicle. In order to do that I was forced to a screen that said I must pay $30. Room and building smelled strongly of weed. Homeless people at entrance of garage and people screaming and yelling in garage. Trash in parking garage. Overall I feel unsafe and absolutely wish I NEVER would have picked this. Do not stay here!

We loved the room and the building. It was an amazing experience. The only downside was i thought the bed would be next to the window for the views of the city, like a open concept, but it wasn’t. Everything was still great though.

Amazing Hotel

This experience was one of the best I've ever had. The Mint House Dallas put a unique twist on the idea of a hotel. Sure it might not have a pool but if it's not a deal breaker for you, then you wouldn't miss it. The chic modern style of the room and the breathtaking views of the city that comes with it are enough to make your stay a memorable and worth while one. You simply can't beat it, especially for the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a homey feel with a luxurious escape, whether you live in Dallas or you're just visiting. The Mint House Dallas is the place to be. My wife and I will definitely be returning.
