It’s an incredible option for a multi-day stay in downtown if you’re looking for privacy, convenience, and truly stunning views. One of my favorite perks was access to the Tower Club — being able to enjoy lunch there and work with even more panoramic views made the experience feel elevated and productive. The location inside the Santander building is very central, which made getting around easy. I will say check-in can be a bit of a doozy, so definitely complete the pre-check process before arriving. Outside of that initial hiccup, the stay was seamless. If you prefer a more private experience without the traditional front desk interaction, this is a fantastic choice.

The room was nice. Great view. However there was a sound coming from somewhere that kept us up the entire night. I contacted the 24/7 customer service to inform them, and they were absolutely no help. Then they sent me a $20 gift card in the morning as if that was worth my lack of sleep/peace.

Mixed review. It’s definitely not a hotel, more like an Airbnb. It was an experience finding parking and finding the room. So many key pads, so many elevators, so many codes…. It was like playing an escape room to find and enter the room. But the room was nice, clean, and big. And the view was gorgeous. But it does take like 20 minutes to park and enter the room and quite some time to leave too.

It's important to know that the whole checkin is online, so it's good to learn more before you head to the hotel. That said, the room was great/clean, the amenities such as washer and dryer were wonderful. It was a comfortable stay and the club restaurant was great. Staff at the restaurant were top notch.
