4.5 star stay. The gentleman who stored my bag when I checked out was charming and helpful. The other staff when i checked in? Not sure he even noticed i existed. Grateful for my room upgrade! Definitely on my list of possibilities should i ever return to downtown Dallas.

Billed as a 4.5 star. Hmmm. Cheaply installed fixtures, poorly fitted windows (huge amount of internal condensation). 11.00 checkout, bananas. Although they did agree to extend it a whole 30 minutes. No tea available in room, not everyone drinks coffee. Otherwise spacious and staff pleasant.

Overnight stay in Dallas

We stumbled across this hotel on Hotels.com and what a GEM it is. I was so excited to stay there from the pictures. Check in and parking was all done online and by text and very easy. Upon our arrival we were upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom. There was a hand written note to welcome us to The Mint House. When I called the staff was so professional and helpful also the staff of the building were very helpful. I can't wait to go back to Dallas and stay at The Mint House again.

This stay was quite unique for us. We love the Mint House for the views and amenities, however, they often have private events that run until 1-2am and also partiers that like to blast music well after 9pm quiet hours. While this was frustrating, the staff really took care of us and compensated us for our displeasure. This is still our favorite hotel in Downtown and we will def be back.

The Mint House is an exceptional property with terrific views and great rooms. Make sure to read entry instructions carefully as it is a bit like a clue game getting to the top of that building but once you get it YOU WILL LOVE IT! The management staff had to switch our room due to unforeseen circumstances and made good on their promise despite an inconvenience, and followed thru with everything. This is a rare and wonderful thing, and we ended up being reuly happy staying here! Very clean great mattresses and pillows and bathrooms super modern and great!!

Our stay at the Mint House was nothing short of extraordinary. Seriously, what a find! The room was perfect for my sister and me. The staff, the security, the room finishings, the floor plan, all the small details…I was so impressed. The room was spacious. The bed comfy and the room itself - super, super clean. The property has everything you need within a block’s radius. I highly recommend The Worthington for a great meal. Every item of food we ordered was better than the dish before it! We loved our stay and will be back!
