Condo on the beach

The 10 digit lock on the door was a little difficult to lock and unlock every time you came and left the room. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths, complementary bars of soap, bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The use of space in the room was perfect. 1 king size bed in the bedroom with a great view of the ocean. 1 king size bed in between the kitchen and living room. The 2 AC units worked great. View of the ocean from the balcony and bedroom was absolutely gorgeous. The pool and property was well maintained. The only downfall was there was only 1 working elevator the other one had been down for 3 weeks according to one of the residents. The location was perfect and with in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. There was not a parking pass left in the room so we had to go to the office for that which was not an issue. They are not reusable. Parking was a bit of an issue especially later on in the evening but there is an overflow lot across the street if needed for parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Parking

When I booked this, I stressed that I would need 2 parking passes. I was told that I could purchase one at the resort. NO! That did not happen. I couldn't get a parking pass from anyone. They need to realize that when you have 4 adults staying in this place, that live in different areas, are going to have to take 2 cars. We would have to pay to park and it was like $20 a day. So, if you have to use more than one vehicle, you better rent a van to take. The resort manager was not helpful at all and was adamant that he NEVER gives out parking passes. Vacasa wouldn't even send another parking pass. We also only got one set of keys to everything. So, we had to make sure we either did everything together or someone stayed in the room because we couldn't get back in the room. The room itself was nice and clean. Not enough towels and washcloths to last us a week. We ended up going out and buying us some. We also had to go buy toilet paper because we were only left one roll per bathroom. Only had 3 trash bags to use so we ended up using our Walmart bags for trash. The "one parking pass" was just a real pain.

Loved it

We had a great time. The location was perfect. The condo was clean and well decorated. Nicely updated. The trash chute is right outside the front door and it smelled terrible. This smell did not work itself inside the condo though. We did struggle a bit with the lockbox that held the keys. Would’ve been awesome if there was a keypad instead. Having only one key and needing it for everything was a bit annoying if we were split up doing different activities. We made it work though. Great price for what we got compared to the same price for just a room at a hotel. This was only my second VRBO experience and it went very well. I’m always a bit nervous since there isn’t a front desk to get help but everything was great. I was able to text with someone if we had any issues and they were mostly very quick to respond and super helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

View was Amazing

The view was amazing, the benefits of having 2 bathrooms is very good. I loved the dove soaps and shampoo/conditioners. The reason this place does not get 5 stars is because when I got there it was not as clean as it should be. Some of the towels had marked not them. The smell of the trash chute was disgusting and its right across the room so you smell it every time to you into and out of the room. The room smelled moldy they need to put air fresheners up. It did not matter how much lysol I sprayed or essential oils I had the smell of mold was still in the room every time I came back in. There was a big roach/water bug in the master bath. They need to put a shoe rack at the entry way if they don't want you to take shoes off. More hooks in the bathrooms would be nice to hang up wet towels or bathing suit. I was surprised they did not have any beach chairs or umbrella in the closets for guest. The parking is absolutely horrible when you come back late at night. If there is one parking spot for each unit I have NO idea why there is no parking. UNLESS someone has 2 or more cars park which you're NOT supposed to. Not sure why this place does not monitor this and it makes it VERY inconvenient for those who follow the rules. I had to spend more money to catch an uber to and from places because of this issue. This place would be AMAZING if they fixed those issues I mentioned.

Could have used more than 2 dishtowels in the kitchen. Smart TV with blue tooth would have helped dad hear the TV without us all having to listen at such a high volume. View was great, Rooms nice and clean. Beds King.

Room was nasty

We get to the room expecting it to be clean from the previous renters, but instead we get a room where the sheets are not changed out, the bathrooms are disgusting with menstrual blood everywhere. The tv doesn’t work and the towel holder in the bathroom is hanging off the wall. When we call to make a complaint with the manager, she is very unprofessional and dismissive. She even starts laughing at the situation. We never got another response from her and ended up having to clean our room ourselves that night before we could even go to bed! Nothing was reimbursed but our cleaning fee and that is very unexceptionable considering the hassle we went through.

Good place for families

Our condo was great! Parking space was a problem We had to park across the street one night and wondered if our car would be safe there. The night security guard was very friendly. Tried to contact the building manager about check in and never got a response from her. The folks at Vacasa were good to work with though.

Great room! Property not so much.

The room and communication with Vacasa were excellent. Linens were plentiful and comfy. King size beds. Kitchen. Two bathrooms. Easy check in/out. Property left a lot to be desired. Great heated pool with 10 foot deep end. They operate on an old fashioned key system though and only one is provided so your group must stick together or work around letting people in/out not convenient for a vacation. Every area requires this bulky key. & many of the locks are difficult. They even had to have a locksmith repair the one to the beach access. Also, doesn't work for the fitness room. The activities room was unusable. No paddleboards and broken machines. Next to Sun Splash Park.

Fabulous location

The view from the balcony & the bedroom window is amazing. The perfect size fir the 4 of us. The only negative is that the air conditioner is not blowing cool air in the bedroom. The bedroom was hot even with the bedroom windows uo.

Not accommodating for 6 people!

It was nice however, there isn’t a washer,dryer, iron and ironing board in the condo. There wasn’t enough linens to accommodate 6 people for 4 days/nights. The air unit in the kitchen and living room didn’t cool the area at all. There was only one key left. It isn’t efficient for 6 people.

Nice, comfy, friendly

We spoke with the property manager about parking permit, towels, and standing water. She was prompt, polite, and helpful. During our stay a storm with high wind gusts blew water in through an air conditioner. The property manager brought us towels to replace the ones we used to clean the water up with. She stayed and helped us get the water dried up. We were given a late check out as a way to make up for the trouble. The condo was clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, and had plenty of space. The view was amazing. The location and beach access was perfect. The elevators are fairly quick. Easy access to washer and dryer on the same floor. We would consider booking this unit again in the future.

Wonderful ocean front condo

This is the second year we have come down. The condo is right on the water with a heated pool outside. It is very clean. You can't beat the location as we walked to most of the places. Super host with great communication.

Great place to stay with friends

This property was a great get away for my 5 friends and I. It was right on the beach and It was Nice to have a pool on the property as well. Would have been nice to have an option to have the room turned down daily by cleaning staff on the property or have fresh towels given daily but it didnt make or break the trip. Late checkout worked out perfect for us for only an extra 20 dollars but did have a problem with communication between the room owner and the motel it was situated in. We had 4 people knocking on our door from the motel telling us we needed to check out when we already told the first person we had late check out! Overall, it was A great trip and would recommend this place.

Very nice place. Needs some cleaning though . Also the screen door on the sliding door comes off the track . The cooler in the kitchen has a hose that’s broken and falls out of the window . Shower in second bedroom is clogged . But overall nice place . Great location . Would stay again if cleaned better 😉. Also a radio for music and maybe DVD player .

The stay was very nice. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the condo is nice.

The only downside I have of the condo is the master bathroom. The bathtub drain doesn’t work very well, the water takes a while to drain down. Sometimes when bathing you are standing in still water waiting to be drained. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

Cozy condo with amazing view in a secure resort

Condo is clean & spacious with an ocean view from every room! I would definitely book this condo again. And Jody, Jim and the staff were very friendly and took great care of the building and grounds. Beautiful heated pool too!
