This hotel is amazing when you are on a budget. The outside is kind of run down but the rooms are clean, the breakfast is hot, the staff is helpful and friendly and the owner Grace is onsite often and will bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. The hotel is family run and Grace’s grandson (adorable little boy) is around often helping out with his dad. The hotel itself is literally feet from the beach and the sunrises are amazing!

Crystal at the front desk made this a five star experience. She is kind, compassionate, and has excellent customer service skills. The ocean view room with jacuzzi tub was perfect for one of the coldest days in decades in Florida. The free breakfast was filling and offered a nice variety of cooked food as well as cereal and fruit. You can’t beat the location, price and customer care.

Stayed for 12nights and just about everyday we had to inform the front desk that house keeping never came . We left our room every morning and came back around 5 pm to unmade beds , no trash emptied and no clean towels with the dirty towels left behind . The front desk then gave us clean towels to use . The daily breakfast was the same for the 12 days we were there with no exceptions . Would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly will not patronize this place again .
