Our stay was great, enjoyed everything immensely with the exception of the noise disruptions next door the last 2 nights of our stay between the hours of 1:00am and 4:00am, the neighbors were very disrespectful.

Beware Of Bed

Overall I was satisfied with our stay, 3 adults one toddler we did however find a dead water bug in the floor upon check in but had no other issues. We were provided a few rolls of toliet paper, some trash bags, and dish washing tabs. Enough to get us through our 4 nights. However after that, you need to provide your own. We were also told that no beach towels were provided, but we actually found a few beach towels in the living room in a drawer. They also have two beach chairs in the bedroom closet, however one is broken so be sure to check before you carry both down to the beach. My only complaint, would have to be the bed quality of both the pull out matress and the mattress in the bedroom. One is very thin and wrapped in plastic. The other one is firm and would be more comfortable if the bed frame wasn't god awful. It makes every noise you could possibly imagine at the slightest movement, and to top it all off it has wheels. I sat down and it rolled across the room, scared me to death. So parents with children, beware of the loud rolling bed. And may the odds be ever in your favor. Other then that, i would stay again.

The room was exactly as pictured and very clean. We had everything we needed and then some. The resort was excellent as well. Very clean, secure and well maintained. The staff we met were all very friendly and helpful. I don’t any complaints at all! I do have a suggestion for the room. We would liked to have had a comfortable chair in the living room. If someone is on the couch then there is no where else to sit except for a dining room chair. We will definitely stay there again!

It was large enough for 2. The bed was tricky, memory foam matress and sank to thd middle. Thank goodness for a pull out couch. Lovely views from the balcany. Great resturants close. We had a great week.

communication

The Itrip I booked with was not up front and their communication was poor. I booked the condo inAugust 2024 and when I questioned them about the TV not working they said that the property was responsible for it and the property said they were notified numerous time to relate to their clients that there was NO cable provided by the property. Each individual is responsible for tv service which I had NONE. They tried to blame it on a hurricane that happened over 2 months after I booked and they never left me know. I felt I should have been refunded for NOT having it but they laughed and ended the conversation. The condo was very nice clean and a wonderful view very secure property. Loved the location. Would definitely Not book with them again but would go to another condo on that property.

Disappointed

On arrival, the condo had an overwhelming musty odor. (We ended up spending 50 for air fresheners) As we walked in, (1) there was a basket of laundry, a blanket and an ironing board on the master bed and (2) the doors to the utility closet were completely off the hinges, the utility closet light was on and there was an open toolbox on the floor. These sights made us believe someone was in the middle of a job within the condo which put us on edge. We notified the front desk immediately but she said we had to contact the owner. "Contacting the owner" means emailing them our issues. After awhile, we got an email back saying a ticket would be put in for repair after we check out next week. Which means it wouldn't be resolved while we were there.Overall negatives: drawers smelled, no suitcase stands, no pillows for sofa bed, no blinds on kitchen window, not enough towels, toilet paper, supplies for a family of four staying a week, the master bed was broken (mattress sagged and broken box springs), broken bathroom vent fan, no overhead lights, only dim lamps, no flip lock on door for extra security.Positive things: CLEAN! VERY CLEAN! New kitchen, new bathroom, tile floor, open floor plan, corner condo with great views all around, new pool and hot tub, easy access to beach and restaurant on pier (Crabby Joe's), easy drive to lots of activities and restaurants, good wifi. Simple additions/upgrades would help make this a great place to stay. Detailed email sent to owners.

Great little Condo and Resort

Condo unit and Resort were perfect for our needs. Unit was just remodeled and furnishings appeared new. We went the week after hurricane Milton so beach area was still in cleanup mode. Cable was down in the whole resort and our unit's AC was not working due to a hurricane hit.

Nice condo but..

Nicely renovated. However, only 1 roll of tp and paper towels..we had to buy more. Only 1 trash bag provided. Deadbolt on front door didn't work. Sliding glass door didn't lock. Also, would have been nice to have a small outdoor table.
