Please note: our Pool and hot tub are currently closed. You are steps from the ocean with public access and in walkable distance to the beach. There are public and private pool options in the area. To compensate for this inconvenience, the nightly rate has been discounted during this period.

The interior of our unit is finished and rentable and our private balcony is open and ready to use to enjoy beautiful views during your stay!


Sand Dollar Condominiums in Daytona Beach Shores. This 11th floor condo has been completely renovated with new kitchen, bathrooms, and all new flooring throughout. Beautiful ocean and river views from the primary bedroom, the living room, and the kitchen. Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at Sand Dollar Condominiums such as oceanfront sun deck, oceanfront heated (seasonally) pool with hot tub and secure garage parking for 1 vehicle. (please note there is a height max of 7ft and under in the garage).

The kitchen comes equipped for all your cooking needs and overlooks the dining area with seating for 4. New all stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite counter tops, all new kitchen cabinets to enjoy as well.

The ocean view primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and large closet. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen television, and double closet. The full, guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo adjoins with the guest bedroom is also accessible from the hallway. This condo also includes a convenient laundry room in the unit.
Parking: There is only 1 parking space for our unit.
Please note: Each bedroom has 1 closet for your use. A few cabinets are locked for cleaners use only.
There is sleeping for 4 people ( 1 king bed and 1 queen bed )

* For any parking on the premise, you are not allowed to back in your parking spot. You must pull in forward. There is 1 parking spot for the unit.

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The beach access was closed but there is only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach ramp. The ocean view is stunning! I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent stay!!!!

We rented the unit for 8 nights and could not have asked for a better stay. Camri was beyond excellent to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The unit is very nice. Nicely updated and decorated. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The unit is spacious and in a great location. I highly recommend staying here and we hope to visit again! Pre retirement!

We have been talking about leaving the cold when we retire this was the perfect way to test it out!!! The condo unit was everything as described. Our host was amazing! She kept us updated prior to our arrival of any changes that happened related to the devastating hurricane.. this unit was one of only a few that did not have major damages… everything was in perfect working condition. The condo it self was warm and welcoming and made us feel like we were in our home away from home.. Beds were super comfortable. Shower was perfect. Kitchen had everything you needed. Location was exceptional. Beach was perfect. Already planning on returning next year!! Loved every minute… zero complaints!

Great week at the Sand Dollar Condo

Great experience and a great owner that was great to communicate and was prompt in getting keys and car pass 😀 to me as I booked a little late. Beautiful condo and well appointed kitchen as I do many meals in house I felt like I was home 🏡. I will stay there again!
