Subject: Immediate Resolution Required – Formal Demand for Full Refund Good Afternoon,I have attempted to contact VRBO Customer Support twice today and was placed on hold for over an hour each time without response or callback. I previously spoke with an agent on Christmas Day, who confirmed that this situation warranted a full refund for the entire stay and advised that a resolution would be provided within 24 hours. As of today, I have received no follow-up.This letter serves as my formal demand for a full refund due to materially unsafe, misleading, and unacceptable conditions at the property.Summary of Issues1. Undisclosed Construction & Blocked DrivewayOn the morning of check-in, the host notified me that the driveway would be inaccessible due to road construction. Neighbors and posted signage confirmed this construction had been ongoing for an extended period. This was intentionally withheld prior to booking and severely impacted our access, safety, and enjoyment throughout the stay.2. Complete Air Conditioning FailureUpon arrival on December 23, the home was filled with stagnant, warm air. The thermostat was set to 78 and never engaged. I immediately notified the host and followed up again the next morning when the system failed to operate.
