Simple and functional air-conditioned villa, in a pleasant area in the countryside. You will be just 3 km from Denia town center, its amenities and the beach.
This single storey villa offers rustic furnishings with standard and simple comfort. It benefits from a pleasant outdoor space, entirely terraced and partially planted with trees (at the entrance). This rental benefits from a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and the living room.
Areas and equipment: Living space of approximately 180 m². Total plot of approximately 500 m². Free wifi Internet connection. Air conditioning: in the living / dining room and in 2 bedrooms. Washing machine outside.
