We stayed here for one night, so it served its purpose. Staff was polite and helpful. Facility needs updating badly. Carpet in both rooms we reserved was torn. Mattresses were old and hard. Will probably stay elsewhere next time. Mostly due to uncomfortable beds.

Great place overall

We stayed ivernight before an early flight. The night staff was great, the facility was clean, and the rooms were comfortable. The beds were a little on the firm side but again, just staying for one night. Conveniently close to airport and parking. I would definitely sray here again.

I guess you only get what you pay for….

A pile of broken glass from a smashed automobile window as well as garbage was in the front parking lot and several parking lot lamps were not working. Light switch in bathroom was not working. Twice I had to go back to the front desk to get new key cards to open our room door and the front desk person did not say anything except hmmmm, no apology or explanation was given. Shuttle service not great!!

The one nice thing I can say is the shuttle driver that picked us up was very friendly! The other staff were not so welcoming or friendly, we felt as if we were inconveniencing them by checking into the hotel. The original shuttle time to get back to the airport was full so when we requested the next time the staff didn’t really give additional options to accommodate the two of us. When the shuttle did arrive in the morning no one came into the lobby to get us, we had to walk out to the shuttle. The room was nice, bed was comfortable. Coffee maker was a little odd because the tray that held the coffee packet didn’t fit so I was unable to get coffee. I chose this hotel for the shuttle service but because the staff were not very kind or welcoming I probably will not book with them again.

Good for a quick overnight.

It’s a mid range airport hotel. Clean, safe, friendly staff, comfortable beds but not sure what the deal is with the little half size pillows that are the size throw pillows for your sofa. Airport shuttle drivers were very friendly & courteous. Need to fix the room keying machine! Had to go back twice because neither of my keys worked.
