The guest service representatives who checked me in was ruelde and extremely short in her responses to me. The dame representative was rude to my guest as well. Room was Spotless. Hotel was spotless but since giving review 5 days before @ the same hotel they started charging for parking. As of January 1st 2026, they started charging for parking. We will be looking for a new place to stay.
