We have stayed here multiple times when staying in DM for events. The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for concerts and downtown activities and is better priced than other options in the area.

This a very affordable and convenient location to the downtown Des Moines area. This may be one of only a few downtown hotels that has free parking--very easy to get in and out. All the staff were wonderful. I also really appreciated my cooler that I had left in the fridge was found and waiting for me--thank you so much
