I am still waiting for the refund of my $100 deposit. The Hotel was fully booked the night we stayed and we obviously got a room that is usually out of service. My husband had to hook up our tv completely. It had everything, but had just been set in the room. The fridge was not where it was supposed to be, it was just plugged in in the corner. And we could tell it wa just plugged in because it wasn't fully cool yet. There were dirty hand smears on the wall, but everything else was clean. So, i don't want to say our experience was the norm. The hot tub was out of service and that was the whole reason we booked at this specific hotel. However, the staff was all fabulous. The breakfast was tasty. The staff definitely saved our stay. I would stay there again just because i feel like if i communicated better with them in the future, I'd get a better room.
