To collect the keys we do not use boxes with codes nor will we ask you to travel unnecessary kilometres.Starting one week before your arrival, you will have a dedicated concierge available (Italian, English, German, Spanish, Portuguese) ready to answer any questions you may have about the apartment and the surrounding area. Our concierge will personally welcome you upon your arrival, she will accompany you to the apartment and she will be at your disposal throughout your stay to assist you with any needs. Upon departure, the concierge will be there to greet you and make sure your experience was perfect. You can pick up the material after the holidays and it will remain your property. An additional fee of EUR 15 per night will be required for this additional service.
