Modern two-storey villa located on Via Colli Storici in Desenzano, recently built and designed to offer a stay characterised by comfort, privacy and contemporary design, just minutes from the lake.



On the ground floor, a spacious and welcoming living area develops, where the living room with sofa bed and large flat-screen TV harmoniously integrates with the modern kitchen, equipped with all necessary appliances, including the dishwasher. From here, you can directly access the private garden, a well-maintained and pleasant space, furnished with a dining area and relaxation zone ideal for enjoying outdoor moments in total tranquillity. Also on the ground floor, there is a first complete bathroom, equipped with shower, bidet, hairdryer and all comforts.
