Location was amazing! Pool area was amazing, you could spend a whole day there, never step foot off the resort and still have the best time! Condo was clean, staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall great experience

We had a little trouble with our unit the first couple days. Our floors were dirty on arrival and our Ac was not working correctly. The management at compass resorts were quick to respond to our issues though. They immediately placed a work order to have our floors recleaned and had a technician come look at our AC. Unfortunately they were not able to fix our AC in our unit that day, so they upgraded up to the 12th floor, which was greately appreciated. Once in our new unit we didnt have any further issues. Overall we had a great experience and appreciate how responsive the staff was to accommodate us. My family and i will be back.
