Checked in and the bathroom had black hair on the walls and the shower. And there was a wash cloth left in the shower. After the second day of our stay we had to insist our room be cleaned. Came back at 130 pm and the room was not cleaned. Had to go down to the front desk and find a clerk, and ask the room be cleaned. Waited in the lobby 45 min for.it to be cleaned

We had a good stay, only 6 minutes from the beach you can walk to Henderson State Beach park. Hotel was nice although our toilet had problems flushing , other than that the staff was friendly and we got checked in and out with no issues!

It is clean but I can’t say breakfast was good. I stayed there for 4 days and they had good breakfast just one day the other days I can’t say it was good enough. One day they didn’t have even eggs. Except that it was good, clean, quiet and also reception was helpful

Check in was easy! Room was semi clean it was food in my refrigerator upon arrival! the bed was very comfortable, I can say GREAT LOCATION! close to the beach and restaurants, it’s very quiet and peaceful so worth the stay 😊 I never got up early enough to try their breakfast so I’m not sure about the food . I will be staying here again when I come back to visit!

The associate at the front desk was less than friendly when we checked in last evening. We were also given a room where the air conditioner was so loud we shut it off overnight. We were too tired to move rooms or ask for maintenance to check as we arrived after a long day of travel. Otherwise the property was fabulous.

The first room they gave us wasn’t even ready! It was 7:00 or 8pm at night by time we checked in! The lady gave us a dirty room. We immediately went back to the desk and got a different room. The lady at the desk offered no apology. We were there for 3 nights and we didn’t get any fresh towels or any room service. The breakfast was ok, but wish there were some healthier choices.
