Newly Remodeled, New Owner. Welcome to my beach paradise -- a place to relax, unwind, and refresh. You'll love the short walk to Crystal Beach. Caribbean Dunes is a 2nd floor unit - featuring a beautiful balcony with ocean views. This condo is cleaned by an Private Individual and not a cleaning service. It is cleaned from ceiling to floor each check out. Cleanliness is a must for me! You must be at least 25 years of age or older to book this condo. No Exceptions! This is an HOA requirement. Please do not request to book if you are not at least 25years old. Amenities: • King sized Memory Foam bed in the master bedroom • Queen sized Memory Foam bed in the loft • Queen sized Memory Foam pull-out sofa • Beautiful new tile floors throughout • New washer & dryer • Community pool & hot tub • Free WiFi & Streaming • Stainless steel appliances, 3 flat screen TVs & top of the line furnishings throughout. • Beach towels, Beach chairs and sand toys for your use and enjoyment. Activities: • Bike and waterboard rentals 1 block away • Premier shopping a couple of blocks north @ Destin Commons • Local shops and Outlet Malls within a 5 mile radius of Caribbean Dunes. • Endless family entertainment including --The Track, an outdoor go-cart and mini-golf park --Big Kahuna's, an outdoor water & adventure park --Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl --Henderson State Park, and many, many more. Just go to Destin!

First of all, if you’ve never been to Destin Florida to see the white sand and the beautiful water, you should make a trip! This unit would be comfortable for four people, but you could probably push it to six with a pull out sofa.The unit is very clean and well stocked and decorated very nicely!It is on the second floor and you can see the blue water from the balcony! , The beds were comfortable. It was inclusive of an umbrella and for beach chairs, which was perfect for our trip.Beach access is right across the street, maybe 75 yards to the sand!I would definitely book this unit again! The host, Michelle, was very accommodating in her communication and check in and check out was very smooth.

The condo was just as pictured in listing. The decor is beautiful. My family of five had plenty of room for our week stay. The unit was very clean and had everything you could need. I appreciated the owner left a ziplock baggy with trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets for starters. I would agree with previous posts regarding couch. We haven’t had much luck with pull out couches so we brought our own inflatable mattress for our own comfort. There were 4 boogie boards in main bedroom closet along with a beach bag with toys, umbrella, mats and beach chairs underneath bed (4). There are plenty of blankets. We also appreciate there were 6 beach towels for our use. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for small family!

We just got back from three great days in Destin, and this condo was a huge part of that!Easy check in process, wonderful accommodations, and literally being acriss the street from the beach made this a fun family vacation that we'll always remember.This is going to sound strange, but one thing that stuck out as impressive was having really high quality toilet paper on site instead of the cheap single rolls you find in most other places. It was a nice touch!We will be back and hope this rental is available again!James
